Beyond the Lobby is a community that helps everyone in hospitality—like hotels, restaurants, and concierges—connect and work together. 

We share stories and build relationships through videos and social media. 

The team includes James Mendoza, Concierge of Conrad; Maria Cossio, a co-host with a strong background in TV and media; plus videographers, designers, and editors.

Our work is built on three pillars:

1. Beyond the Lobby — Our flagship series that explores the finest experiences New York has to offer, from exclusive hotel stays to top-tier dining and hidden gems curated by the city’s leading concierges.

2. Business Content — We collaborate with hotels, restaurants, and hospitality brands to create high-end photos and videos that reflect their identity and elevate their presence.

3. Guest Photography — Our newest service offers personal photo sessions for hotel guests — perfect for engagements, special occasions, or simply capturing beautiful memories during their visit to New York.
